Is it free?

Yes. The full game is free, with no download or account required.

Can I play on a phone?

Yes. Use the on-screen touch controls, or play on desktop with a keyboard.

Do I need pharmacy knowledge?

No. You match pill shapes and colors; medication names and dosages are not tested.

Where is my high score saved?

In this browser’s local storage. It is not an online leaderboard, and clearing browser data can remove it.

Why did the game pause?

It pauses when you open help, leave the tab, or scroll away from the tray. Return to the game and choose Continue or press Enter.

Can I turn off sound or spinning?

Use Sound and CRT in the game toolbar. Your system’s reduced-motion setting also disables motion effects.
